Undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars are invited to our fall 2017 session of This Is What a Scientist/Engineer Looks Like on Oct. 25. Participants will learn about a range of internship and funding opportunities offered by the Division of Community and Education at the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) that are applicable across all areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The office oversees more than $9.2 million in programming and funding sources, with initiatives ranging from food safety to climate change and research support for STEM fields.
